Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and style recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising to maintain brand aesthetics and store presentation
- Stock, organize, and replenish merchandise to ensure optimal inventory levels
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe shopping environment
- Participate in inventory counts and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Passion for fashion and brand enthusiasm
