Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer assistance across clothing, accessories, and cosmetics departments
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising tasks including window displays and in-store styling
- Manage inventory reconciliation and stockroom organization during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with floor staff to ensure seamless weekend operations and peak-time coverage
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability for Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 10 PM)
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends and premium retail brands
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management
- Exceptional communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently during high-traffic weekend periods
