Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support during weekend shifts
- Assist with patient intake, vitals monitoring, and basic treatments
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and nursing staff
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and safety protocols
- Manage patient flow and waiting area experience
- Support emergency response procedures as needed
Qualifications
- Current California CNA or Medical Assistant certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday, 6 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic EHR proficiency (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
