Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and workflow during weekend shifts to ensure efficiency.
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Process transactions, orders, and data entry with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure continuity of operations and accurate handovers.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking as necessary.
- Identify and report operational bottlenecks or equipment issues to management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or retail is preferred.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
