We pride ourselves on efficiency, safety, and providing a supportive environment for our team members. As a Weekend Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain remains seamless during peak weekend periods.
Responsibilities
- Manage Inventory: Perform daily stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Load & Unload: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload shipping containers and trucks with precision.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders efficiently to meet strict deadlines.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift inspections on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and fellow team members to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet our high-quality standards before shipment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends exclusively (Saturday and Sunday) with the ability to work overtime as needed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is highly preferred.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Tools: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
