Responsibilities
- Execute daily logistics and inventory operations during weekend shifts.
- Assist customers with inquiries and ensure a high level of service satisfaction.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records for inventory tracking.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline weekend workflows and resolve issues efficiently.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management software proficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (4-5 shifts per week).
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
