Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping tasks with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock organization to maintain optimal warehouse levels.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy before processing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve workflow issues and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners or RF guns is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for this role.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
