Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor server health and perform routine maintenance tasks during off-hours.
- Respond to and resolve critical help desk tickets within SLA.
- Conduct security patch management and system updates.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and peripherals.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate logs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support or Help Desk.
- A+ or Network+ Certification is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Proficiency in remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday.
