We are looking for a dedicated individual who can manage critical infrastructure and employee support during our peak weekend operations.
Responsibilities
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for employees in a fast-paced office environment.
- Help Desk Management: Receive, prioritize, and resolve incoming technical support tickets and service requests with a focus on rapid response times.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine server maintenance, patch management, and system backups to ensure 99.9% uptime during weekend shifts.
- On-Site Support: Provide hands-on technical assistance to staff, including printer setup, laptop configuration, and application installation.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of all incidents, resolutions, and system changes in the ticketing system.
- Security Compliance: Enforce IT security policies and assist in the deployment of new security protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional IT support or Help Desk experience.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) on a recurring basis.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows and macOS operating systems; experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Location: Must reside within Los Angeles, CA, or have reliable transportation to our Wilshire Blvd location.
