Responsibilities

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for employees in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Help Desk Management: Receive, prioritize, and resolve incoming technical support tickets and service requests with a focus on rapid response times.
  • System Maintenance: Perform routine server maintenance, patch management, and system backups to ensure 99.9% uptime during weekend shifts.
