We are looking for a proactive professional to maintain our critical infrastructure and provide top-tier technical support to our users.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Perform routine server maintenance, system updates, and security patches on weekends.
- Monitor system alerts and proactively resolve critical outages before business impact occurs.
- Manage user access, permissions, and Active Directory administration.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday engineering team to ensure seamless weekend-to-weekday transitions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Experience with VPNs, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.
- Ability to work rotating weekends (Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Monday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification is a plus.
