Responsibilities
- Respond to 911 emergency calls with rapid deployment
- Provide advanced life support in critical situations
- Accurately assess patient conditions and administer treatments
- Transport patients to medical facilities with continuous care
- Maintain precise medical documentation and equipment readiness
- Collaborate with hospitals and emergency departments
- Adhere to all OSHA and EMS protocols
Qualifications
- Current California EMT certification required
- BLS/CPR certification (AHA preferred)
- Minimum 2 years field experience
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 250+ pounds with assistance
- Exceptional stress management and decision-making skills
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Background check and drug screen clearance
