Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service through product knowledge and solution-oriented communication
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining security protocols
- Manage inventory operations including receiving, stocking, and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with weekend team members to maintain store standards and operational efficiency
- Execute daily opening/closing procedures including cash handling and safety compliance
- Participate in weekend-specific sales initiatives and promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to thrive in team environments
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory software
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays, 8am-6pm)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Background check and drug screen required for employment
