Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through in-person and digital channels
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store standards
- Operate point-of-sale systems and mobile payment platforms
- Participate in end-of-day reconciliation procedures
Qualifications
