Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized assistance and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Manage inventory operations including stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and solution-oriented approaches
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and operational standards
- Participate in weekend floor walks and store opening/closing procedures
- Support promotional events and seasonal campaigns during peak weekend hours
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or retail environments preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with transactional technology
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to adapt to changing store priorities and customer needs
