We are seeking reliable, energetic individuals to join our elite weekend operations team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our clients receive top-tier support during peak weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining strict data integrity.
- Resolve complex service issues and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety and compliance protocols.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of service.
- Utilize CRM software to log interactions and update customer profiles in real-time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or retail is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
