Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and training
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system audits
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient dock scheduling
- Generate performance reports and analyze key operational metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in fast-paced fulfillment environments
- Proven track record of leading teams and improving operational efficiency
- Familiarity with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Associates)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends during peak seasons
- Valid Indiana driver's license required
