Responsibilities
- Load, unload, sort, and stage merchandise and freight using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure all shipments are packaged securely and labeled correctly.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work overtime and rotating shifts as needed.
