Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high productivity and safety standards.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to prevent stock shortages.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and operational.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
