Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Receive incoming stock, verify quantities, and maintain accurate inventory records using our WMS system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems as required by shift assignments.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure smooth workflow operations.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and processing orders.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
