Responsibilities
- Execute pick, pack, and ship operations with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts or pallet jacks (certification provided).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
