Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy and timely delivery.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to all OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to 5S standards.
- Perform inventory counts, stock organization, and cycle counts as directed by warehouse management.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, errors, or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software (WMS) quickly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the Phoenix facility.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
