Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Prepare orders for shipment by packing, labeling, and staging
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces in compliance with OSHA standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits weekly
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow all safety protocols during material handling operations
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Reliable transportation to our LA facility
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Flexible availability including weekends and overtime
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
