Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming inventory against purchase orders and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with speed and precision.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment at all times.
- System Operation: Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and shipments.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations while performing duties.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Driving: Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety standards.
