Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies to the inventory manager.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Sort, pack, and label products according to company specifications.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
