Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning items and updating the warehouse management system.
- Package and label orders accurately to ensure timely and correct delivery to customers.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Assist in the receiving and inspection of incoming stock to verify quality and quantity.
- Operate handheld scanners and computer terminals to process shipping and receiving data.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding workplace conduct and equipment usage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting to the Miami location.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
