Responsibilities
- Execute daily pick, pack, and ship orders with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading freight trucks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.
