Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Pack and label products securely for shipping and distribution.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
