Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Trucks: Safely move merchandise from delivery trucks to storage areas using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels by scanning items and updating inventory systems in real-time.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with high accuracy and speed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
