Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records in the WMS.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the storage area organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide full training for the right candidates.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
