Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently (certification provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Oakland facility.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
