Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Sort, organize, and inventory stock using inventory management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform quality control checks to prevent shipping errors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
