Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled facility
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Pick and pack orders with barcode scanning systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members for efficient loading/unloading
- Complete daily paperwork and inventory reports
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality control standards
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Reliable transportation to 456 Industrial Park Blvd, Milwaukee
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Pass background check and drug screening (pre-employment)
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
