Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming shipments
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Support year-end inventory audits and stock reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation to Commerce Street location
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in shift work
