Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against purchase orders.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently select items for orders and prepare them for safe shipment using proper packaging materials.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as required.
- Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks to ensure products meet quality standards before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality and strong work ethic in previous roles.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain high accuracy in data entry and stock management.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
