Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% accuracy and timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and organize warehouse storage areas to maintain optimal efficiency.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (certification provided), and conveyor systems as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage and ensure they meet company quality standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic with a focus on safety, punctuality, and teamwork.
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and the ability to communicate clearly with supervisors and team members.
