Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Organize inventory in the warehouse to ensure easy access and minimal errors.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to the inventory manager immediately.
- Prepare packages for shipping using proper packaging materials and labeling.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards are met at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and pricing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but we train willing candidates.
