Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment and ensure a clean work area.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and inventory control procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
