Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to and from designated loading areas.
- Sort, pack, and label products for shipment and distribution using standard warehouse equipment.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring safe operation protocols are followed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform inventory counts and stock checks to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
