Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - certification provided)
- Perform quality control checks and documentation
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Reliable transportation to East Charlotte location
- Positive attitude with strong work ethic
- Availability for morning/afternoon shifts (5am-1pm or 1pm-9pm)
- Pass background check and drug screening
