Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders in a timely manner
- Unload and sort incoming shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (including forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Ensure a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus, but not necessary
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
- Valid driver's license may be required for operating certain equipment
