Responsibilities
- Accurately manage inventory receiving, scanning, and stocking operations
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision
- Pick and pack customer orders with zero-tolerance for errors
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and cleanliness standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits monthly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for on-time shipments
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail in inventory management
- Flexible schedule availability (Fri/Sat/Sun shifts)
- Basic computer literacy and barcode scanning experience
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
