Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Inspect and sort incoming inventory for quality control
- Maintain organized storage areas with efficient space utilization
- Operate powered equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Complete accurate documentation and inventory reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible schedule including weekend availability
