Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and manage inventory levels
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with precision for timely delivery
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Conduct quality checks on products and packaging
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (5:00 AM - 1:30 PM)
- Basic computer proficiency and inventory software knowledge
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to thrive in a physically active, team-oriented environment
