Your Role
You will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently to meet our client's demands.
Responsibilities
- Fulfillment Operations: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Inventory Management: Assist in regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards before dispatch.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- License: Forklift certification is a plus but training may be provided.
