Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport freight safely and efficiently using appropriate equipment.
- Verify inventory accuracy by scanning items and maintaining organized stockrooms.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with safety protocols.
- Inspect packaging for damage and ensure proper labeling of all outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
