Job Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy in inventory, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. This role is critical to our operations, and we need team members who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages or errors and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
