Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and manage inventory logs with high accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems according to safety protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing products for defects and ensure proper packaging standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load Management: Assist in loading and unloading trucks and trailers efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Compliance: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
