Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that products are stored, managed, and shipped efficiently. We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with high accuracy to prevent shortages.
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for outbound delivery in a timely manner.
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment with repetitive motion.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with handheld scanners or computers.
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for all positions.
