Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack orders in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company policy
- Communicate inventory discrepancies to shift supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to start work within 3-5 days of application
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to the San Jose facility
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
