Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move products throughout the warehouse.
- Pack, label, and prepare items for shipping and delivery, ensuring all orders are accurate.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock organization to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with speed and precision during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
